Does Woolite have fabric softener in it?
Woolite brand detergents won’t cause shrinking, stretching or fading and can safely be used for laundering when a care label indicates the garment can be hand or machine washed using a mild detergent. Currently, we do not produce a laundry fabric softener.
Is Woolite good for jeans?
It’s best to use a tiny amount of gentle detergent (Woolite is available almost everywhere), or simply plain water. Remember to turn jeans inside out. Another trick is to use baby shampoo, but we prefer Woolite when specifically washing denim. Dry cleaning is an easy way to preserve wear.
Is Woolite a mild detergent?
Liquid laundry detergents are mild-to-somewhat mild cleaners. Delicate wash detergents are among the mildest; familiar brands include Ivory Snow and Woolite, and the eco-friendly brands Earth Friendly, Ecover and Planet. Another type of mild laundry detergent is labelled free and clear.
Does dark color detergent work?
Detergents designed for darker clothing contain chemicals that slow the process. They can’t technically restore the color, but they’ll trap the ink before it lifts from the material. (I’ve heard coffee can bring back a bit of the lost black, though.)

Can Beige go in a whitewash?
Your light-colored clothes are perfectly safe to be washed together with your whites. That means light-blue, light-brown, pink, light-green, lavender, yellow, beige, cream, orange, fuchsia and other pastel shades can go into the same pile as your whites, light greys, and garments with white background prints.
Is light grey light or dark for laundry?
Grey is considered a dark colour when doing laundry. As you know, your washing should be split into colour groups. Your white should have a pile, your lighter colours should and so too should your darks. Your grey clothes should go in the dark pile.
How do you separate light and dark laundry?
A general rule of thumb is to make three piles of clothes: one for whites, one for light-colored garments, and one for dark-colored clothing. By washing these colors separately, you can avoid dark clothes bleeding onto light clothes and keep white garments from becoming dull and dingy.
